All KY/TN ShopHop Quilt Workshop
Join us for a fun 2 day (8 hour total) workshop to make this lovely All KY/TN shop hop quilt. This quilt / kit is exclusive to shops participating in the All KY/TN shop hop. The pattern is NOT in the shop hop magazine.
The quilt is a nice throw quilt finishing at approximately 53" x 71". The class is suitable for the confident beginner and beyond. It is assumed that anyone taking this class is familiar with quilting terminology, proper sewing machine and tool use and is comfortable with ruler work and cutting fabric.
Skills taught: 4 at a time flying geese, square-in-square, mitered corners
Tools required: 6-1/2 x 24" ruler, 6-1/2" square, 12-1/2" square, rotary cutter and blades, fabric marking pen/pencil sewing machine, thread and normal sewing / quilting tools; Optional but extremely helpful Wing Clipper I ruler.
Cost: $75 plus any needed materials
Additional required purchase: All KY/TN Shop Hop 2026 Quilt Kit $104.99. The kit contains all of the fabric for the top and binding. Batting and 3-1/2 yards backing fabric sold separately.
Two Class time options: Wed. Sept. 9 & 16 from 11am - 3pm or Saturday Sept. 12 & 19 from 10am - 2pm. Additional sessions may be added based on need.
